Setting Boundaries That Stick - a Group Coaching session

Many of us were trained to be hyper-responsive, service-oriented lawyers—always anticipating needs, jumping in to solve problems, and never missing a beat. While that mindset may have helped us succeed in private practice or rise through the ranks, it can become a real obstacle when we step into leadership. Especially when what’s actually needed is space to think, say no with intention, and lead from a place of clarity.

In this interactive group coaching workshop, we’ll explore:

  • What boundaries actually are

  • Why setting boundaries is a leadership skill, not a weakness

  • What makes it so hard for GCs to set (and stick to) them

  • Real-life strategies to set boundaries with clarity and confidence

Expect a safe, judgment-free space to reflect, share experiences, and walk away with practical tools to protect your time, energy, and leadership capacity.

You’ll leave this session with a clearer understanding of your own boundary challenges and a new language to communicate boundaries with grace.

✅ Consider becoming a member of The GC Collective for more events like this. It's free to join for the first 6 months, and you will gain access to a powerful knowledge-sharing network of senior legal executives and unique peer-driven learning opportunities aimed at elevating your leadership.
