Paula served a decade as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Starbucks Coffee Company, following senior legal roles at Dell and as a partner at Preston Gates & Ellis (now K&L Gates). Alongside her legal career, she has been a trailblazer in public service and governance, serving on boards including Amazon, Avid, Fender Guitars and local Vancouver company Thinkific.

Today she has charted an extraordinary second act: leading the Paula Boggs Band, serving on influential boards, and sharing her voice as a thought leader on leadership, governance, diversity, and creativity.
