Why Membership is curated ?

GC Collective is a curated leadership community designed specifically for senior legal leaders who want to grow their impact — leading teams, influencing the business, and leading themselves with clarity and authenticity.

Our membership is intentionally selective to ensure that every conversation is relevant, candid, and valuable. The strength of GC Collective comes from bringing together peers who share similar challenges, responsibilities, and aspirations.


Who is eligible for membership

GC Collective membership is only available for the senior legal leader inside an organization. This includes the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, VP Legal, or Head of Legal who is the most senior, full-time lawyer at a company. 

To preserve the relevance and peer dynamic of the community, we generally do not accept lawyers who report into a GC or CLO, lawyers in private practice, or fractional GCs serving multiple clients simultaneously. Our programming and peer discussions are intentionally tailored to the unique realities of operating as the senior legal leader inside an organization. We do make occasional exceptions for senior legal leaders whose roles, experience, and leadership responsibilities closely align with the needs and dynamics of the community.

All applications are reviewed thoughtfully to ensure members will both contribute to — and benefit from — the peer experience GC Collective is designed to provide.
